Becky Badry

Becky Badry has extensive experience in administrative and leadership roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel at Compassion International since December 2019. In addition, Becky is the Founder, President, and Coach at Women In Leadership Coaching, a role held since January 2011. Becky has been involved with LifeWay Christian Resources as a Women's Ministry Trainer since January 2002, contributing to women's leadership development. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary from December 2014 to May 2022 and as a Missionary at the North American Mission Board from 2009 to 2011. Becky holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, earned between 2005 and 2009.
