Dana Jeffers

Dana Jeffers, MBA, currently serves as the Child Advocate and Senior Manager of Data and Analytics at Compassion International since November 2021, leading a team of Database Administrators to advance data initiatives supporting the organization's mission to alleviate child poverty. Prior to this role, Dana worked as the Director of Data Operations at Mission of Hope Haiti from February 2011 to October 2021, overseeing the management of a comprehensive Donor Database and online donor platform. Dana's career began at Old Navy, where Dana served as Customer Service Manager from October 2009 to March 2011, focusing on store operations and implementing customer service strategies. Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida State University and recently earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
