Esther Bae

Esther Bae, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Field Accounting at Compassion International since May 2023. Prior to this role, Esther held positions at The Gideons International, progressing from Associate Manager of Accounting to Manager of Finance & Accounting between December 2014 and October 2022. Esther's professional journey includes ownership of BAE CPA from June 2001 to November 2014 and a stint as a Staff Accountant at PFIC Corp and ADT Automotive, Inc. Esther holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Grove City College, earned between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the same institution, completed in 1994.
