Jamie Shafer

Jamie Shafer is an experienced professional in communications and training, currently serving as a Knowledge Specialist at Compassion International since November 2021. Previously, Jamie worked at Fishhook from October 2014 to October 2021 as a Communications Strategist/Account Director and Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included preparing and implementing learning strategies and developing online curriculum. Jamie also contributed as a columnist for The Lookout Magazine from November 2011 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Jamie was the Communications Director at East 91st Street Christian Church from September 1997 to September 2014. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/English from Indiana University Bloomington.
