Jason Wilkins

Jason Wilkins has extensive experience in volunteer and staffing program management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Event Volunteer and Staffing Program at Compassion International since October 2009. In this role, Jason leads national staffing and volunteer operations for live marketing events, coordinating over 1,500 events annually and managing participation from more than 30,000 volunteers. Prior to this, Jason was the Program Manager for the same program, focusing on strategy alignment and community engagement, and served as Communications Manager for the Leadership Development Program, enhancing communication strategies globally. Prior experience includes directing a youth outreach program with Youth for Christ, fostering community partnerships and mentoring staff. Jason holds a BA in Christian Ministries/World Religions from Anderson University.
