Jesse Futrell

Jesse Futrell has extensive experience in both nonprofit and military sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Fundraising Readiness at Compassion International since 2017, where Jesse transformed a marketing training initiative into a comprehensive program training over 500 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for a growing team. Previously, Jesse spent 17 years with the United States Department of Defense in various roles, including Operations Officer of Training for the HUMINT Training – Joint Center of Excellence, managing a large staff and facilitating operations for training programs. Jesse also held positions as Course Director, Military Intelligence Officer, and Learning and Development Specialist, contributing significantly to intelligence operations and training. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Intelligence from American Military University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Military Intelligence from Cochise College.
