Kristin Colber-Baker

Kristin Colber-Baker has been a Board Member at Compassion International since April 2012. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Financial Planning, Reporting and Integration at Wrigley from March 2010 to April 2012. From January 2020 to December 2020, they were the Global Head of Talent Development at Mars. From January 2017 to December 2019, they were the Global Director of Leadership Development at Mars.

Kristin Colber-Baker has over 10 years of experience in global financial planning and analysis. Kristin has a proven track record in leading large teams and developing organizational effectiveness strategies. Kristin is an expert in leadership development and has partnered with some of the world's leading business schools, including Harvard, INSEAD, IMD, and KornFerry.

Kristin Colber-Baker has a graduate certificate in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Kristin also has an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. Kristin has a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College.
