Lance Klopp

Lance Klopp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payment operations and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Principal of Payment Operations at Compassion International since October 2023, Lance is responsible for global incoming payment strategies and compliance. Previously, at MyCase, Lance held multiple leadership roles, including Sr. Manager of Payments, where contributions led to the launch of MyCase payments and significant growth to over 1 billion in annual processing volume. As the Founder of Encourage Africa, Lance developed sustainable support initiatives for a non-profit and an NGO in Ethiopia. Earlier experience includes directing Young Life, achieving notable growth over 15 years, and serving as an Operations Executive at Amanda Gray where annual sales exceeded 10 million within four years. Lance's career began as an Associate Consultant at Consultants Group, focusing on strategic planning and fundraising. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Westmont College.
