Nathan Paisley

Nathan Paisley, SPHR, serves as the Director of People Systems & Analytics at Compassion International, after holding positions as Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources Information Systems within the same organization. Prior to this, Nathan gained experience as a Doorkeeper/Page for the Oregon Legislative Assembly and as a Campaign Assistant for a major party gubernatorial campaign. Additionally, Nathan directed a Canadian bike trip at Canyonview Camp. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from George Fox University and graduate coursework in computer information systems at Colorado State University.
