Yongwon Lee

Yongwon Lee is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in data support and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Support at Compassion International since March 2012, Yongwon collaborates with a global team to enhance data-driven solutions for the ministry. Previous roles include various positions as a Marketing Data Analyst where Yongwon focused on identifying patterns in data to improve revenue and retention strategies. Prior to this, Yongwon worked as a Senior Engineer for both Independent Contractor and Valdez International Corporation, specializing in the impact of flight conditions on aircraft life at the United States Air Force Academy. Yongwon began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, studying environmental effects on structural metallic alloys. Yongwon holds a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
