Jim Christenson

Jim is considered a subject matter expert on voluntary benefits. Jim has personally enrolled over 10,000 employees at the worksite and implemented voluntary benefit plans in over 1000 employer accounts. Jim helped initiate the first voluntary benefits programs in Malaysia and also contributed to the first totally online sale of life insurance. He continues to work with Human Capital Management systems, enrollment platforms, and other methods of inter and intranet benefit enrollment systems.

Jim has served as an Executive Board Member of the Workplace Benefits Association since 1998, was its President in 1999; and was elected into the Worksite Hall of Fame in 2009. He is the Past President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. He has served on the “Benefit Pro” magazine editorial advisory board since 2006. Jim has spoken and written as an expert about Voluntary Employee Benefits at the Worksite, Sales, and e-Distribution of employee insurance benefits.
