James Bothamley is the current Director of People & Culture at Compassion UK and Ireland, with a background in human resources and management. With experience in companies such as Center Parcs, IKEA, Lloyds Banking Group, The North Face, and Bang & Olufsen, James has a proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams, implementing policy changes, and ensuring high standards of quality. James has a BA (hons) in English from the University of Southampton and completed their A Levels and GCSEs at Bournemouth Grammar School.
