Don Crawley

Don Crawley is an accomplished author and speaker specializing in IT customer service and interpersonal communication, currently serving as the author of "The Compassionate Geek" and delivering keynote speeches and training since 2007 through The Compassionate Geek. With a strong background in technical training, Crawley held the position of President and Chief Technologist at soundtraining.net from 1999 to 2018, and worked as a contract trainer and content developer for SkillPath Seminars from 1997 to 2008, developing training on both technical and soft skills. Earlier career experience includes serving as Program Director at several radio stations, including KXTR-FM, KFKF-FM, and WDAF-AM, where responsibilities included managing programming staff and analyzing audience research.
