Carrie Uebel

Carrie Uebel, Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Compassus, has full responsibility for all compliance and ethics functions of the organization. After joining Compassus as compliance officer in 2015, she played a significant role in building the compliance program and managing its day-to-day operations.

Previously, Uebel was compliance officer for American HomePatient for six years. Other experience includes legal assistant with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Missouri and associate at Marsh Risk Consulting in Nashville.

Uebel holds certification in Health Care Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association. She has a law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Health Care Compliance Association, the American Health Lawyers Association. She is a past board member of Leadership Health Care and has served as a speaker several times at MedTrade, a home medical equipment conference.
