Andrea Meltzer

Andrea Meltzer has over 25 years of professional experience. Andrea began their career in 1991 as the President of Executive Options, Ltd., an executive search and organizational consulting firm. In 2012, they co-founded Compatibility LLC, where they served as the Chief Relationship Officer. At Compatibility, they provided an early intervention solution to reduce the high cost of attrition in government and corporate institutions. Andrea also forged partnerships with like-minded companies to foster employee engagement and productivity. Her expertise includes behavioral analytics, communications training, emotional intelligence assessment and training, and managerial and executive coaching.

Andrea Meltzer received their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1989, with a focus in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. Andrea received their AB from the University of Michigan in 1980, with a focus in French and Art History.
