Victoria Makas

Victoria Makas has work experience in various companies, with their most recent role being a Human Resources Lead at CompatibL since November 2019. In this position, they are responsible for managing a team of recruiters and an HR manager, focusing on HR people partnership and management. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at GrinTeq from March 2018 to November 2019, where they were responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and HR processes.
