Allan J. Vestergaard

Allan J. Vestergaard is a visionary and experienced sell-side transaction manager, board member, consultant, and investor. They have held various leadership roles, including CEO and President at NetTest A/S and COCOM A/S, and have been a member or chairman of numerous boards for companies such as ZONAAR Corporation and Configit. Vestergaard’s extensive experience includes guiding international companies in strategic growth and restructuring, as well as providing consultancy through their privately held Vestergaard Group. They also achieved a Ph.D. in Organizational Theory from Aarhus University.
