Duane MacIejewski

Duane Maciejewski has a strong background in the financial industry, with experience at various companies. Duane is currently serving as the Group Vice President Managing Director at Compeer Financial, where they are responsible for the leadership and growth of the equipment leasing and fleet division. Previously, Duane held the position of Vice President Project Finance at Compeer Financial, where they developed collaborative leasing business models and oversaw lease placements. Prior to their time at Compeer Financial, Duane held senior leadership positions at Farm Credit Services of America, where they led the Emerging Markets team and the AgDirect equipment finance business.
