Emilie Shoop

Emilie Shoop is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product management, digital marketing, and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner and Technology Business Partner at Compeer Financial, Emilie bridges the gap between business strategies and solution execution. Previous roles include Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager at ShoopTC, where client support was provided through innovative technological solutions, and Digital Marketing Manager & Project Lead at the Center for the Study of Education Policy, focusing on significant grant projects while mentoring peers in project management. Emilie also founded Shoop Training & Consulting, served on the board of Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community, and contributed as a Business Development Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training. Emilie's early career included positions such as Associate Director of Technology at Illinois State University and Technical Program Manager at NCSA, where major accomplishments include authoring a key grant for a $200 million NSF project.
