Ana Matarranz Carpizo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Director at Howden Iberia and a board member at Compensa Capital Humano, Ana also contributes to the advisory boards of Westfield Business School and Inese. Prior to these roles, Ana was a Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included overseeing Health & Benefits for Western Europe and leading commercial and marketing initiatives. Ana's educational background includes degrees in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Digital Business from The Valley Digital Business School, and Management from IESE Business School, in addition to an actuarial degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
