Martina Frontini

Martina Frontini has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Martina worked as an Administration and Commercial Department team member at Esport Lúdic Association, where they provided customer assistance, managed shipments, and made retail sales at sporting events. From 2016 to 2017, they were involved in the Investigation of Electroencephalographic Activity at Universitat de Barcelona, where they were responsible for data creation, storage, research, and analysis. Martina also worked at WeddingLand Barcelona as a Sales Consultant, Community Manager, and Web Manager from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they provided personalized customer service, managed the website, and created social media content. Martina then volunteered at the National Trust as a Digital and Social Media Volunteer from 2021 to 2022, where they conducted digital marketing, graphic design, and social projects. Prior to their current position, Martina worked at CELINE as an E-commerce and Back-office employee for a short period in 2022. Martina is currently an EVP Development Technician at Compensa Capital Humano, a role they started in January 2023.

Martina Frontini pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they enrolled at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2018 and completed a Diploma in Marketing and Fashion and Luxury Communications in 2019. Prior to this, Martina Frontini completed their high school education in a scientific field at I.E.S. La Sedeta from 2011 to 2013.
