Sara Sundqvist

Sara Sundqvist's work experience includes holding the role of Account Manager at Compensate, where they are responsible for managing Enterprise Carbon Offsetting customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Meltwater, selling media monitoring SaaS platform to B2B clients. Sara also has experience as a Junior Market Analyst at Business Finland, providing trade and internationalization services for Finnish SMEs in Brazil. Additionally, Sara worked as a Trainee at the Embassy of Finland in Brasilia, focusing on the Economic and Commercial Department. Sara'searliest work experience was as a Salesperson at K-Rauta Kuninkoja, where they handled B2C sales and customer service.

Sara Sundqvist has an extensive education history, starting with their high school studies at Turun Suomalaisen yhteiskoulun lukio, where they obtained the Finnish matriculation examination in General Studies from 2005 to 2009. After completing their high school education, they attended the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku from 2009 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law.

In 2011, Sara participated in a student exchange program at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, where they further enhanced their knowledge of International Business. Continuing their global educational experiences, Sara engaged in a student exchange program at the Universidad de Salamanca in 2013, focusing on Economics. Additionally, during the same year, they attended the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas to study Spanish language.

In 2014, Sara participated in the Development Studies program offered by The Finnish University Partnership for International Development - UniPID. The field of study in this program is unspecified. In 2015, they engaged in a student exchange program at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, furthering their studies in Economics and Portuguese language.

Sara's pursuit of higher education continued as they pursued a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 2016 to 2017. This was followed by their enrolment at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku once again, where they pursued a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Sara obtained a Yoga Teacher Training certification in February 2015 from Isvara Instituto de Yoga, Saude e Bem Estar.
