Joanna Czyzewski, MBA is currently working as a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners. Previously, she held positions as a Senior Associate, Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst within the company. Before joining CAP, she interned at the same company, where she analyzed proxy statements of client peer groups to benchmark executive compensation. Joanna also has experience as a Supervisor at Cornell Intramural Sports, overseeing officials and handling player concerns. Additionally, she worked as a Youth Development Professional at Everwood Day Camp, managing groups of campers. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business.
