Louisa Heywood is an experienced professional with a focus on compensation and labor relations. Currently serving as an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners since September 2020, Louisa has held roles as a Senior Analyst and Analyst within the firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for the Cornell Prison Education Program and as Head Teaching Assistant for a course at Cornell University's ILR School. Louisa's roles have encompassed research assistance on compensation topics and labor relations, as well as leadership in the Big Red Sports Network. Internships at Kaiser Permanente and Icertis have provided valuable experience in labor relations, human resources, and sales enablement. Louisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University ILR School and has further education experience at University College Dublin.
