Rose-Marie Orens is the Founder and Senior Partner at Compensation Advisory Partners, where she has been providing executive compensation consulting advice for over 25 years. With a specialization in financial services, she has worked with Compensation Committees and management in both public and private institutions across industries. Prior to her current role, Rose-Marie served as a Worldwide Partner at Mercer. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from New York University.
