Natalia Soboleva

Natalia Soboleva has a diverse work experience, starting in 1995 when they worked as the Director at PHYSICON Ltd. Natalia later became the President/CEO at OpenTeach from 2002 to 2008. In 2006, Soboleva took on the role of President/CEO at Competentum Group. Currently, they are the Head of Global Academic Programs in EPAM University and a Senior Director at EPAM Systems, as well as the Head of EdTech and Corporate Training.

Natalia Soboleva received their PhD in Chemical Physics and Computer Science from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) between the years 1972 and 1978. In addition to their doctoral degree, they obtained two additional certifications. The first is a MicroMaster Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained in February 2020. The second certification is in Instructional Design: Digital Media, New Tools and Technology, which they obtained from the University System of Maryland in December 2019.
