Prior to this role, Paul Mocniak worked at DuPont from October 2002 to March 2017, holding various positions including Program Manager, DPS Program Manager, and Plant Manager at the Chattanooga site, where responsibilities involved overseeing change management, manufacturing readiness for new ERP systems, and plant operations. Earlier in his career at DuPont from 1995 to 2002, Paul Mocniak was an Area Manager, managing operations in Staple Polymerization and Spinning processes, and served as Site Maintenance Manager, leading a large maintenance team and implementing best practices. Paul Mocniak holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and completed the Young Executive Institute at the Kenan Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
