Darnell Coleman

Darnell Coleman is a seasoned professional in renewable energy and business consulting, currently serving as Manager of Renewable Development at Competitive Power Ventures since July 2023. Darnell is the Owner of Pharus Management Consultants since May 2022, and previously worked as an Associate Development Manager at Bechtel Corporation from September 2022 to August 2023, and as a Senior Management Consultant at Second Wind Consultants from February 2019 to September 2022. At Second Wind Consultants, Darnell oversaw reorganization and restructuring efforts for small to mid-sized businesses, successfully preserving over 200 jobs. Darnell has experience in construction management and engineering through roles at Conti Solar, Nexamp, and SunBug Solar, where responsibilities included managing photovoltaic installations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
