David Wintrich

David Wintrich has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. David began their career at Perot Systems as a Health Care IT Professional. In 2011, they moved to DISA as a Project Engineer and Team Lead. In 2015, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Lead Field Engineer and Team Lead. In 2020, they transitioned to Peraton as a Network Systems Project Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Project Manager at Competitive Range.

David Wintrich obtained their ITIL V3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2009. David then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from American Military University, which they completed in 2019. Wintrich continued their studies at American Military University and earned their Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management in 2021.
