Elizabeth Graham

Elizabeth Graham has extensive experience in program and project management within the defense and information technology sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Competitive Range since July 2018, Elizabeth co-manages a multi-vendor contract team that supports various Department of Defense Information Networks initiatives. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held positions at Data Networks Corporation as Deputy Program Manager and Project Manager, and at CACI International Inc as a Program Analyst, where responsibilities included managing complex projects vital to national security and providing technical consulting. Earlier roles at Systems Planning Corporation and Arti involved leading contracts administration and technical information support for high-level defense agencies such as DARPA.
