Scott Favreau

Scott Favreau is currently the Vice President of Consulting Services at Competitive Solutions, Inc. Scott has extensive experience in operations management, business performance, project engineering, and lean manufacturing. With a background in Business Administration, Scott has successfully implemented Strategic Alignment, Lean Six Sigma projects, and the Balanced Scorecard Approach in various organizations. Prior to their current role, Scott held positions at Pfizer and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals where Scott managed capital projects, regulatory commitments, and process mapping initiatives.
