Tal Cohen

Tal Cohen is an experienced software developer currently working as a Back End Developer at bit since January 2024 and as a Full-stack Developer at Compie Technologies since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing complex web applications and maintaining them. Previously, Tal held several roles in technical recruitment, including positions at Unilink Ltd. and Octally Integration LTD, leading recruitment efforts and managing technical positions in various sectors. Tal began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Coordinator and Sourcer at Taldor, a leading provider of technological solutions. Tal's foundational experience includes serving as a Soldiers Welfare Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, focusing on the management of enlistment for soldiers with special circumstances.
