Karthi Swaminathan

Karthi Swaminathan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and General Manager for McKesson Compile since June 2024, Karthi previously held significant positions as Vice President and General Manager for Aktana and Tact.ai, focusing on team and product development in India. Karthi's earlier roles include Executive Director of Engineering at athenahealth, where accountability encompassed enhancing engineering capabilities and supporting revenue growth, as well as Vice President at CollabNet, overseeing site operations in India. Karthi began a career in consulting with Basix Systems and i2 Technologies, where contributions included implementing enterprise solutions at notable clients. Karthi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from PSG College of Technology, completed in 1989.
