Olivia vonNieda

Olivia vonNieda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Olivia is the current Chief Operating Officer at Compile, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Success at Compile from December 2022 to May 2023, and Head of Market Development from June 2022 to December 2022.

Olivia is also the CEO and Founder of Kavnia Coffee Company, a sustainable cold drip coffee company powered by women. Olivia established the company in March 2019 and led it until November 2022.

Olivia has also been involved with various organizations throughout their career. Olivia participated in All Raise's Seed Bootcamp as a Female Founder from September 2020 to November 2020. Olivia worked at Edwards Lifesciences as a Disease Awareness MBA Intern from June 2019 to August 2019. Olivia pursued their MBA at Harvard Business School from August 2018 to March 2019.

Prior to their MBA, Olivia was a Senior Consultant at Humanumeric from February 2018 to September 2018. In this role, they conducted research, designed and built pharmaceutical sales forecast models, and performed literature reviews. Before that, they worked at AstraZeneca, first as a Forecasting Manager for Women's Oncology from August 2016 to January 2018, where they built sales forecast models and advised the marketing team. Olivia then served as an Advanced Analytics Manager from March 2015 to August 2016, where they led segmentation projects, collaborated with the marketing team, and streamlined data processes.

Olivia began their career as a Business Analytics Associate at ZS Associates from September 2013 to March 2015. Olivia assisted pharmaceutical clients in identifying sales opportunities and optimized sales force workload. Additionally, they developed Tableau training materials and facilitated communication and collaboration with offshore teams.

Olivia holds a B.S. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude. Olivia also gained experience as a Product Development Engineering Co-op at Hasbro from July 2011 to December 2011.

Olivia vonNieda completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Olivia pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, at Harvard Business School.
