Carlos Caballero Pickmann

Carlos Caballero Pickmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the agricultural and agro-industrial sector. Currently serving as Jefe de desarrollo at Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A. since February 2023, Carlos previously held the position of Jefe de Investigación y Desarrollo at Westfalia Fruit from February 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading research initiatives. Carlos began the career as a Practicante agrícola at Agrícola Pampa Baja S.A.C. Olmos in early 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master Executive en Project Management from Instituto Europeo de Posgrado (2019-2021), as well as a degree in Agronomía from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (2010-2016).
