Michael Brancato FMA LEED Green Associate is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in building operations and maintenance. Since June 2011, Michael has been with Complete Building Services in Washington DC, overseeing projects related to high-security government facilities and commercial properties. Prior to this, Michael held project management roles at Emcor Government Services and previously served as Chief Engineer at Complete Building Services, managing a significant portfolio of multi-use commercial properties. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Trimark Corporation and Regional Chief Engineer for The Mark Winkler Company/Duke Realty Company, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing safety, mechanical operations, and employee training across millions of square feet of commercial real estate. Michael's education includes an FMA degree from BOMI and additional certifications in applied science.
