Mark F. Walz is seasoned finance, operations, and accounting professional having worked with growth-oriented start-ups, and medium and large companies in the healthcare, real estate, service, retail, construction, publishing, and oil & gas industries. Mark's career initially spanned 10 years with Arthur Andersen's and Ernst & Young's Houston offices where he served numerous clients within different industries as an auditor and consultant. In 2012, Mark joined Complete Care Medical Inc. ("CCMI") to provide financial insign and management essential for navigating the challenges faced by young companies experiencing fast growth. CCMI has grown to be a leading supplier of direct-to-patient medical supplies throughout the US and its mission is to place successful patient outcomes before company profits. Prior to working with Complete Care Medical Inc., Mark also served several companies as CFO, COnsultant, Audit Director, and Controller including serving as CFO for a roll-up involving the filing a Form S-1 for an NYSE public offering. This roll-up transaction involved the simultaneous acquisition of 16 domestic and international staffing service companies with revenues of $300 million. After the IPO market "closed" in 1999 and thereafter key founding companies rejected a private financing offer from Blackstone, Mark provided consulting services for companies with acquisitive operating strategies. These ventures provided Mark a lifetime of experience and exposure to financial market fundamentals, business operating metrics and valuations, and first-hand exposure to many entrepreneurial failure and success stories."
