Melissa Sisk has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in revenue cycle management and account adjustments. Currently serving as the Business Services Coordinator at Complete Emergency Care since August 2017, Melissa oversees chart reviews for coding accuracy, manages insurance plan updates, and addresses payer rejections and denials. Prior roles include Adjustment Coordinator at Complete Emergency Care, PFS Associate III at CHRISTUS Health, Refund Analyst at Navigant Cymetrix, Credentialing Specialist at MedSynergies, and Refund Specialist as well as Insurance Specialist II at USMD / MCNT. Melissa holds education from the American Trades Institute, completed in 1988.
