Nyi Htwe is the Chief Technology Officer at CDS. In this role, he is responsible for growing the company through the use of technology resources, professional expertise, and quality service delivery by implementing efficiencies in operational workflows. He leads CDS’s IT infrastructure, information security, engineering, technical project management, and professional services teams to attain the company’s strategic goals. Nyi joined CDS in 2004 as Executive Vice President. In that role, he successfully helped the company grow from a startup to a mid-sized corporation within 5 years by implementing new technology initiatives, strategies, and operation plans that provided sustainable competitive advantages and revenue growth. Over the past 15 years, Nyi has supported a broad variety of discovery matters, including DOJ second requests, anti-trust matters, criminal and civil litigation matters, and government investigations. Prior to joining CDS, Nyi was with OnSite eDiscovery from 2000 to 2004 as a technology manager, where he assumed overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of imaging, processing and litigation support group in New York office. Nyi holds Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Queens College (City University of New York). Nyi is also an active member of industry-related organizations such as ACEDS, Project Management Institute, and ARMA International.
