Nana Kojo Bartels-Kodwo

Nana Kojo Bartels-Kodwo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Nana Kojo began their career in 2012 at UT Bank, where they worked as a Relationship Person in Retail Banking until 2013.

In 2014, they joined AgriPro as Deputy Lead and stayed with the company until 2015.

In 2015, Nana co-founded Asaase Aba Ltd, where they served as the Managing Director.

Nana Kojo then moved on to DALEX Finance & Leasing Company Ltd in 2015, taking on the role of Marketing & Technical Platform Manager for their digital savings wallet until 2016.

In 2016, Nana joined WorldCover, initially working as a Business Development Associate, responsible for ideating, researching, and testing new business models in providing crop insurance. Nana Kojo later became the Head of Growth, Partnerships, and Business Development, and finally assumed the position of Director of Business Development & Government Relations until 2019.

Most recently, in 2021, Nana joined Tridge as the Trade & Engagement Manager, and in 2022, they were promoted to Global Origination Manager.

Nana Kojo Bartels-Kodwo completed their secondary education at Mfantsipim School from the year 2004 to 2007, obtaining a West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate. In 2008, they enrolled at the University of Ghana, Legon and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography & Resource Development and Sociology, which they successfully completed in 2013. Additionally, in July 2008, Nana obtained a certification in Information Technology Qualifying programme (ITQP) from IPMC Ghana.
