Peter Yefi

Peter Yefi is the current Chief Technical Officer at Complete Farmer. Peter has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University Africa, Carnegie Mellon University, and as a Machine Learning Intern at IBM. Peter has also worked as a Software Developer Intern at Rwanda Revenue Authority and as a Software Engineer at Oltranz and Imaginet Limited.

Born in Rwanda, Peter developed an early interest in computers and software engineering. Peter pursued their studies in this field and graduated with a degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Peter then went on to complete a masters degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University Africa.

Peter’s work experience includes working as a software engineer for different companies where they were responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. Peter has also gained valuable experience working as a teaching assistant where they conducted discussions and tutorial sections with students, provided technical help to students in their software engineering projects, evaluated and graded examinations, assignments and projects, and guided students to make professional technical presentations of their projects. As a machine learning intern at IBM, Peter was responsible for researching and implementing machine learning algorithms.

In their current role as CTO at Complete Farmer, Peter is responsible for leading the technical team and ensuring that the company’s products are of the highest quality. Under their leadership, the company has released several successful products that have helped farmers increase their productivity and efficiency.

Peter is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for teaching and helping others to succeed in their career. Peter is dedicated to their work and always looks for ways to improve their skills and knowledge.

Their manager is Desmond Koney, CEO. They are on a team with Chelsea Chidinma Nzenwa - CMO, Godfred Mintah - CFO. Some individuals on their team include Kimberly E. Ampiah - Backend Developer, Gideon Piesie - UI/UX Designer.
