Neil Villacortabuer

Neil VillacortaBuer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Neil began their career at Monster Inc. as a Database Developer and Tradeshow Representative from 1985 to 1988. Neil then worked as a Campus Representative at Apple from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they joined UCSB Facilities and Planning as a Network Manager, Technology Analyst & Database Developer from 1990 to 1995. Neil subsequently worked as an IT Director at MetaCreations (formerly MetaTools and Fractal Design Software) from 1996 to 1999. Neil then joined the County of Santa Barbara as a Network and Security Consultant from 1999 to 2003.

In 2000, Neil joined Fidelity National Financial as a VP-Corporate IT Governance, where they served until 2006. Neil then took on the role of IT Director at SuperStock from 2007 to 2010, managing IT services for stock photography, video, and music.

From 2010 to 2018, Neil worked at Family Care Partners/Accountable Care Partners in various roles. These include Compliance & Risk Management Officer, Privacy & Cybersecurity Officer, IT Special Projects, Business Development & Due Diligence Specialist, Marketing & Business Intelligence, and CMS ACO Compliance Officer.

Currently, Neil is with Complete Health, starting in 2018. Neil has held positions such as Sr. Director, Medicare Business Development, and VP, Medicare Business Development. In their current role, they are responsible for all aspects of Medicare Advantage Membership Growth and has fostered cultural change towards Value Based Care.
