In 1977, Complete Property Maintenance, Inc. was founded. The goal was to provide quality lawn maintenance, landscaping and property maintenance to condominiums in South Florida. Complete Property Maintenance planted its roots, soon adding homeowner associations & country club communities as clients. The company branched out to include tree trimming, fertilization, pest control and irrigation services to fulfill the needs of our growing client base.
