Chancy Richards has worked in the industry since 2005, starting with Comcast as a Customer Account Executive-Sales/Retention. From there, they progressed to Team Lead-Sales, winning the Top Gun Award for performance, and then to West Division Collections Supervisor, where they directed 12-15 member teams focused on recovering bad debt and established an audit department to track and analyze performance data. Afterwards, they moved to West Division Sales Manager, supporting achievement of operational KPIs, subscriber objectives, and daily tasks. In 2019, Chancy Richards joined Amazon as a Central Operations Manager 5 and in 2020, they became the Collections Manager at Complete Recovery Corp.
Chancy Richards obtained an Associate in Science Degree from Salt Lake Community College in 2007, having studied Business from 2003 to 2007. Chancy then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, which they completed in 2012.
