Paul Piazza has worked in the customer success field for over 10 years. Paul is currently the CSM Advisor at CompleteCSM, and has previously held positions as the Head of Customer Success at VoiceOps, the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Reciprocity, Inc., and the Vice President of Client Success at Humanity.com, Inc. Piazza has also served as the Director of Customer Success at Gainsight and as the Sr. Manager Customer Advocacy at Marketo. Throughout their career, Piazza has been responsible for developing and scaling customer success teams, improving customer success processes, and delivering ROI to customers.
