Lacey Mueller Locklear

Lacey Mueller Locklear has extensive experience in youth program development and management, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Completely KIDS since September 2016, following roles as Director of Development, Volunteer and Donation Manager, and Program Coordinator. Responsibilities include program planning, supervision of staff and volunteers, and fostering community relationships.
