Bridget Start has worked in various roles since 2007. Bridget began their career as a Cashier/Employee at Rite Aid in 2007. In 2010, they were a Leasing Agent at Campus West Apartments and an Intern in Communications/Advertising at Guiding Light Mission. In 2011, they were a Promotions Intern at Townsquare Media. In 2013, they became a Social Marketing Coordinator at CompleteSource. Since 2014, they have been a Digital Marketing Lead & Promotional Consultant at CompleteSource. In this role, they are responsible for branding and promotional consulting, managing all social media accounts, scheduling and tracking e-mail marketing campaigns, researching modern digital marketing techniques, maintaining three client-based webstores, providing customer service, and assisting the VP of Sales with key account orders.

Bridget Start obtained a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Muskegon Community College from 2006 to 2008 for prerequisites. In 2017, Bridget obtained a Trained Advertising Specialist (TAS) certification from the Promotional Products Association International. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a Product Safety Ambassador certification from the same institution.
