Kirstin Ault

Kirstin Ault is an experienced attorney specializing in complex litigation, particularly in e-commerce fraud, money laundering, and white-collar criminal matters. At Complex Appellate Litigation Group LLP since June 2020, Kirstin oversees litigation strategy and management. Previously, Kirstin served as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California for 16 years, leading teams in significant investigations. Earlier experience includes working as a Litigation Associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, focusing on intellectual property and corporate investigations, and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for Hon.
