Aleksey Baksheyev

Aleksey Baksheyev serves as the Head of Technology and Head of Media Tech at Complex NTWRK since February 2024, while co-founding and advising at Discourse Engine and LoCo Plus respectively. With extensive experience dating back to 1997, Aleksey owns Stels Design Group and has held numerous leadership roles at Complex Networks from 2007 to 2022, including CTO and SVP Technology. Previously, Aleksey directed product design at BuzzFeed and provided technology advisory for the National Women's Soccer League from May 2023 to January 2024. Early professional experience includes web production at Marc Ecko Enterprises, focusing on digital property development and eCommerce integration. Academic background includes attendance at Wagner College and Норильский Индустриальный Институт.
