Dimas Sanfiorenzo

Dimas Sanfiorenzo is a seasoned music editor currently serving at Complex NTWRK since May 2024. Previously, Dimas held the position of Editorial Director at Okayplayer from March 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for Okayplayer and OkayAfrica, developing style guides, managing editorial staff, and orchestrating coverage for major events in Africa. Dimas has demonstrated a strong ability to expand audiences across social media platforms, launch significant editorial initiatives, and spearhead projects such as the Byline Project, funded by a grant from the Google News Initiative. Dimas began a career in media with roles at Global Grind and Complex Media, alongside experiences in education as a Special Education Teaching Fellow.
